Duasteride vs. Finasteride

I am currently on a Test Ent 600mg p/wk cycle. I am noticing some shedding. I have been on Finasteride for around 2 Years. It seems to be working pretty well but I was wondering if I should switch to Duasteride for optimal hair growth or hair kept on my head. Has anyone used it with much success?

Also, Can I just stop the Finesteride and start with the Duasteride with no problems (ie shedding etc.) Any input would be greatly appreciated. I want to keep my hair and I know test is tough on it.

I doubt you would go through much of a shedding phase.

Duta is definitely more effective, as it blocks both enzymes..not just one like fina does.

Try it out. I've been on duta for about 2 years...

dutas is a life saver. I stopped Fin, started dutas, me and my buddy, and completely stopped shedding, my hair is thicker, regrew hair, and this time when I did a test cycle, Although I shed, it was only for a month in comparisin to 6 months like it happened before. Dutas is incredible

you can stop fin, but you will shed for 2 months because of the transition...its worth it trust me

havent tried neither havent experienced any hair loss watsoever but i do have finasteride handy just incase

ive heard that duta has far worse sides than fina, and the gains will be effected much more than fina whilst on cycle?

I used Dutasteride for the last year n a half.

I dropped it, about 3 months ago now.

Duta kept my hair in tact.. but...

I was starting to get experience this "brain fog" effect.. at first i thought it was because of insomnia, or working out and working to hard things like that..

but I've read many accounts lately about people suffering from this supposed "brain fog" while taking Dutasteride..

so i figured to drop it.. also my sex drive went to zilch..
I was able to get an erection, but I wasn't getting excited by girls anymore..
I honesty started thinking I was turniing GAY!!!! LOL


but.. since I dropped DUTA.. I believe my brain fog happens less often now.. still get it after a hard days work though..

At least chicks get me excited again tho..that's definitely a plus.

HAIR LINE .. I shedded 2 months after I stopped using Duta..
so I thinned a bit but do not think its anythign really noticeable..

The last month, my hairline has been stable... (i'm off cycle though, and still use Nizoral Shampoo 2-3 a week)

ya duta is suppose to stop both A and B enzymes where fina is only suppose to stop A, i think the percentages are said to be fina blocks 85% of dht and duta blocks 95%, somebody correct me if im wrong
