I took my shot last night 300mgs test e and like many times before it was smooth- however ten minutes after my shot the site was really bubbly and hard to the touch . I massaged it a bit and it went away. Now my delt is agonisingly sore today and I am having trouble lifting my arm /? any advice? What could the reasons be for this soreness?

i have had that prob b4 as well. allthough its great to alternate sites in can be a bitch as well... id get some ibuprof and take 4 see if that helps. easy to miss shoot a delt. im sure you be fine in a couple days. im assuming youve shot this same juice in your delt during this cycle???

make sure you are injecting into the muscle.... what size needle are you using...

this is only my second cycle I have done . One back in 04 went very well as I went from 210 to 235lbs. dropped over the years to a lean 224 now looking to bulk back up a bit and clen after...... or should i run it with this cycle??? oh the possibilities.
