    1st cycle for a newbie..

Hello and thank you to everyone that will reply and offer advise and help with my post. I am 6' 248.4lbs, 35 years old and have never touched a cycle and have minmal lifting experience. Mainly just your occasional cardio and minor lifting.

I have read articles on several forums including this forum and have gotten a better understanding of AAS and PCT, but still am confused due to how many different opinons I see on a first cycle for a "beginner" Am I looking for the perfect solution or answer? Absolutely not, what I am looking for is some guidance and support from veterans that are and can truly offer some legit guidance.

I have, but of course have not taken:

    200 10mg Dbol
    200 10mg Winny
    200ml Test prop

Now I only have this because of the super deal I got from a friend, I do not plan to take it until my body is ready and I feel I am ready. Some have told me to run the winny with the test prop and add clen to this. Others have told me that is the worst thing I could do, others have suggested the test, winny and adding Deca...

So you see why I am still clueless as not one reply was the same as anothers for a first cycle. My main focus is to shed some punds and become more defined more then anything. I think my size is good if I could cut the BF % down and then gain if need be, but again I am the newbie and appreciate all help offered.

you can't calculate bf% with height and weight. You should find somewhere local to caliper you, or post some good pics and we will estimate it for you.

While you're waintin on the camera, I would make sure your diet is in check and double up on the cardio. I'm pretty sure if you're questioning whether or not to start or not you're prob right not to start. Which is smart. Lots of people just want a shortcut and take things prematurely. Good call on coming here first.

Yeah I am not looking for a shortcut I am looking for long term and want to do it right from the start.

Chucklee, thanks for that link man I really appreciate it.. I just did it and it tells me my BF% is 24 which seems really low. I was thinking more along 28-30%.

just some advice im not gonna be the typical " get your ass in the gym and lift naturally before u use AAS newbie" kind of guy but take it from me do more research on it and keep lifting hard then use the AAS once your lifting good, have a good workout plan diet and u know what your getting into and what your doing i see lots of guys who use AAS with wrong dosages stacks and etc. but this is the best place to learn at

peopls say under 20% i would suggest under 15% ..if you are at 24% body fat that means 1/4 of ur total weight is fat ..so about 62lbs of fat! diet and cardio! make sure u been working out for 2-3years prior before you even start thinkin of AAS.

Thanks again I know it is a serious decision to use AAS and that is why I have sat on what I have so long as I do not want a bad turn out.. Thanks again for your help.

Update to all that have helped me thus far.. I was weighed and calibrated and came in at 246.4 pounds and 20% BF. Now I know that is still high, but considering that roughly 3 months ago I was 276 at 35% BF. Now I know that it is suggested that AAS should be used at 15% BF or under is it safe to assume that I should lose more and just get rid of my winny, Dbol and Prop?

I stay on this forum trying to find the right cycle at my BF% to start at and I am finding so many different cycles I still am lost. My main focus is to lose more weight say down to roughly 225 or so not to much lower then that, but even if I was 230-235, but cut and defined I would be very happy. Can anyone offer some good advice and direction that is beneficial and helpful? Yes, I have read and read and read the forums and have researched for countless hours on PCT and so forth.

The problem is I still see so many different PCT suggestions and so many first cycle suggestions I am truly at a loss. Here are my stats again..

    6'
    246.4lbs
    20%BF
Mostly cardio and I do construction work so I am always active. I try to do lifting, but have little knowledge of what I should be doing and what parts to train on what days. I have offered to pay serious lifters in my gym to setup a routine for me, but all they do is laugh and walk away so I just left it alone and stick to cardio...

Thanks everyone for the replies and help you will offer I again appreciate it.
