    that guy squating wit his leg snappin was crazy and so was the second to last segment wit the kid who fills the bar up on the smith machine and it drops on top of his neck, and pins his head to the floor... lol... that shit was funnny.... dumb ass!

    the leg snapping was the worst for me. I did not expect that, I just thought he was gunna go down, not be able to come back up, and roll it off his back.

    It is amazing how you see stuff similar in the gym. I have been in the same gym for about 5-years, so i have a group I know. When we see it we just lok at one another with, "the look". Each of you know what that is....

    i know. that was scary, but that was a ton of weight for a kid that size. what was he thinking? How much weight you think was on that...if i remember it was over 500 at least
