    Need Urgent Help Pls!!!clen

    1st pls forgive me if this has been posted a million times as im a newb to the site

    2nd i am about 250lbs 6" tall,i am about to start takeing clen and t3.
    i wonderd what dosage i should start on and how much to increase as i take it,i also keep reading 2weeks on 2 off wiv clen,do i continue takeing the t3 for the hole time

    before anyone asks my diet is realy good and i train cardio 4 x a week for about hour and a half a time and light weights 2/3x i am loseing weight but at a very slow pace and i want to lose as much as possible before the summer
    is there anything else i can take to help my muscle definition

    also is it safe 2 do 2 weeks clen 2 weeks ephedrine

    You need to post your diet in order for anyone to give any advice, Clen and T3 won't do a damn thing if your diet is off track, trust I've been there.

    i have searchd but i want something thats pacific 2 me

    breakfast -8/9.30am = porridge pice of fruit
    snack - 11.30am/12 pm = fruit n yougurt
    lunch - 2.30pm = chicken pasta/salad
    snack - 4.30pm = fruit with protein shake
    dinner - 6.30/8pm = Fish/chicken vegtables/patatoes
    is dat ne help??

    thats a pretty average day with slite variations.

    my cardio is normaly 1st thing in the morning and weights about 5
    i forgot to put a protein shake in straight after workout
    is this no gd then???

    Here is my diet, not that it's right for you but its an example...I am trying to add LBM while lose fat (stay lean)

    BREAKFAST
    Whey shake
    3 hard boiled eggs
    Half bagel w/natural peanut butter oir 1/2 cup plain oatmeal

    1-2 hour workout

    POST WORKOUT
    Whey Shake

    30 MIN LATER
    Chicken breast or piece of steak
    Sweet potatoes
    Veggies

    SNACK
    1 tuna w/mustard

    DINNER
    Chicken breast or piece of steak
    Veggies

    SNACK
    1 can of tuna

    SNACK
    Whey Shake

    RIGHT BEFORE BED
    Fat free cottage cheese

    * I try to space out my meals 2-3 hours, also I drink atleast a gallon of water every day

    It's okay to do cardio on an empty stomach, but never lift weights on an empty stomach. Your biggest meal should be within an hour after you lift weights. Lots of good carbs and protein.

    Also if you're trying to slim down, I'd cut back on all that fruit, IMO fruit has way too much sugar, if I were you I'd only eat like 1 banana a day, with you whey shake PWO. You'll need some sugar then and bananas are highest in sugar when it comes to fruit. Your meals should focus around protein than carbs then fat. Your carbs should come from things like whole wheat bread, sweet potatoes, veggies, etc...

    yea i drink loads n loads of water each day always have its the only thing i drink
    i eat my my big meal usaly 30mins after weights like u said.
    as i said before i am loseing weight but i need to speed it up im not to botherd about the muscle def at the minute i need to lose the fat,i read lots of clen stuff,do you think i should not take it then,if i should do i stay on t3 when i stop the clen for 2weks??thanks for the help by the way

    You need to improved ur diet before even considering using anything to help you lose the lbs.

    Once your diet is up to par and you start loosing BF, then look to something to help. Your diet has to be on while using clen and when off of clen.

    How long have youe been on your current diet? How much BF% are you holding? This thread will help you out on everything you need to know of clen....

    im currently at about 22/24% haveing come down from 32%
    i have been loseing alot of body fat already with my current diet but has slowed down as of late i will try some of your diet tips and post another thread letting you know how i got on
    i realy just want to know exactly how to take it for when im ready thanks

    Check this out, there are cutting threads in there. You can even find out what you need to eat in order to loose fat faster. your body adapts to diets and exercise routines which is why you slowed down. You need to tweak your diet and exercise in order to adapt to this to speed up your weightloss again.
