Eca Help Needed?

Hi, I was just wondering when youre on an ECA cycle, do you just take Ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin all in 1 go!

And how would you cycle it if you're a beginner?

yes all in one go, take a month off after 2 months on, cause your body will get use to it and you will lose the kick

Yup you take it all at the same time,

I take my new favorite "yellow subs" three times a day max and i love them. But all eca is basically the same so every now and then take a break.

I rest on the weekends so no speed sat and sun. this works well for me
