Thread: First cycle, need advice!

    Lightbulb First cycle, need advice!

    I am 21 years old, 187 lbs. Currently at 12% BF and im 6". I lift 5 days a week for about an hour and a half, and 2 days a week I do an hour of cardio. I have a pretty strict diet of 4-5 meals a day consisting only of white meat chicken and mixed vegetables. I also consume a little over a gallon of water a day. My main goal is strength increase; it would be nice to reach 210-220. I read through a lot of the articles on here and numerous other sites and came across a few cycles for beginners. I'm thinking of doing something like 4 weeks of dbol and 7 weeks of test e followed by a pct of chlomid and nolva. What do you think? Any suggestions or critiques?

    So you wanna gain 23 to 33 lbs with a strength cycle???
    You have to turn it in a bulk one for such purposes.
    Forget a 7 weeker that would give you nothing, think about eat a lot and a lot more research before thinking on magic beans.

    I appreciate the quick response. I guess what I'm really going for is to get to 215 and stay around that weight. I've been training hard for about a year and eating right, I just seem to get minimal gains. I got close to 200 with some creatine last year. I realize that to gain that much weight its going to have to be a bulk cycle.

    It definitely has to be a bulk cycle, but more important it has to be a bulk diet in order to achieve 28 lbs, as you're looking for.
    Once again I wouldn't suggest you to take roids, 1 year of training is far not enough to see what you can gain naturally, so put your body in a heavy bulk diet and train hard to find your potential growth first. Post your diet in the right forum to get it criticized.

    Thanks for the input, I didn't say I have only trained for a year, just that was a result from last year. I have been lifting for 6 years now.

    BTW, first thing to do is to post your diet in the diet forum, then possibly add the link here, then, once in check, plan a first bulk cycle, like this:

    Weeks 1-12 : Test E 500 mg/week shot every 3.5 days.

    You'd want to add 30mg Dbol a day to kickstart the first 4-5 weeks.
