75mgs of tren ed.
i am 6'1 255 11% bf
i am willing to put on a little fat asn long ass it dont stick out too much.

What is your cycle history, diet, training ect... this will determine for the most part what is acheivable. also what is your pct looking like.

Nolvadex 20mg ED Day 1-30
Clomid 100mg ED Day 1-30
prop and tren would be more of a cutting thing, look into prop, dbol, deca,

25 to 30lbs is alot of weight. I don't think you can do it in 8 weeks. And even if you could do it, it would have to be a lot of water and fat.
people say that when they took the trenn that there strenght went through the roof. hell and that's what i need also.
one guy told me that when he was on trenn he lost a minute off his 2 mile run and than when he was off he added an extra minute off of his beginning time.
prop and tren can also be used as a bulker, it depends on ones diet
if this is your second cycle i wouldnt recommend tren. If you want to seriously bulk i would consider test e, deca, dbol- eat a shitload of meat and healthy veggies, lots of protein shakes, and hit the gym 4-5 days a week. this is just my opinion !

yea your not going to put on 30lbs with tren and test prop. if i were you i would do test cyp or enth, deca and d-bol. you need to consume about 4000-6000 calories and 1.5-2 grams of protein per lb of bw. how much do you weigh right now?
no need to bloat, it will kill your atheletic performance as well.
go for quality gains for sure

Personally, I would not recommend tren for a second cycle because of the sides. If he is stacking tren and has sides he might not know which gear is giving the sides since he is inexperienced with cycles and tren for that matter. some people cant sleep and have highly elevated blood levels on tren. anyways, i am no expert- this was just my opinion. I'd try deca, dbol, test e for second cycle and try and run 10-12 weeks and you could definitely hit 25lbs if you work hard.
I also would stay away from tren for a second cycle. Especially if you are only looking for some size. Tren really made me incredibly strong, but considering the sides that one may experience I would stick with test for what you are looking for. Good luck.
