Need help calling people good at maths!!

Sorry for a dull thread,I know people like to hear about deep anal sex and crazy shit.I have to admit this is quite an embarrassing thread for me to write,but I really need help.My mathematics skills are very limited with a calculator but remove this from me and im clueless.You see my generation of education in England we were allowed to use calculators for everything including exams from a young age,so manual maths without a calculator was not experienced.

im in a position were I have to convert fractions into decimals without a calculator. How is this done? I understand the mechanics of the process is diving the top part by the bottom so 12/10 is 1.2.So how is this done,with no calculator especially with more complex fractions.

divide numerator into denominator like you said and did.... what else is your question?

just devide the top number by the bottom number
