    so natural, but adding var or winny?

    i think that protein, carb, and fat needs vary per person. and to make a blanket sweep assumption while cutting is irresponsible. give a few different approachs a try for 3 weeks. which ever approach shows the greatest results IN THE MIRROR, stick to that routine for another 3 weeks. also, a good rule of thumb is if your strength is dipping and your workouts are getting harder, you need to probably up your cals, and in my experience that means carbs.

    i said im just considering, and i also said i wanna stay natural for as long as i can


    and thanks for your help, ill give it a shot adn do a 3 weeks trial of each diet
