    I beat Kale to 53 years of age!!

    Hi all ..... I never thought that I would make it to 25 never mind 53!!! Just to let you know that us oldies are gettng fitter and fitter ... Lock up your daughters, wives and girlfriends (only if they are fit)!!!

    I had wanted to post some new piccies but I am unable to at the moment. Some older ones on here from last year!
