Clen cycle

Have just finished my 3rd week of clen, with 100mg benadryl taken everynight at beginning of 3rd week. Starting temp was 96.6, rising to 98 shortly there after. Temp has fallen back to when starting cycle, with no rise after the week of benadryl. Any suggestions?

yeah you should go with two weeks on and two off. that way you dont start to adapt to the clen. thats what i did when i ran clen for the last time. try to take a week off and restart and see if your temp goes back up..

i agree, sometimes it is better to just let your receptors clear on their own rather than trying to keep upgrading them
