    i never said there were no mircale weight loss supplements. i am willing to do what it takes but i am saying i want a tremendous help for what im doing. i know that its all about patience but sorry to say i have no patience. i dont want to look big any longer. as i sayed . its highschool i want to see something happen by the time im done in half a year left to go. people take advantage of me. they push me around. I ****ING HATE IT. thats why i have chosen to look into this i am well aware that many many many of you bust your asses to look the way you are i have respect for all of you. but why cant i?

    You underestimate what your body can do if you really know how to manipulate your diet and training. I would take the money you'd spend on drugs and invest in a good personal trainer/nutritionist. Then get in the gym and hit that cardio and weights hard. In 6 months you can see a shit load of progress. You could drop 50 lbs of fat easily.

    well sorry but i live in a town where there is a gym but isnt open 24/7 and where there is no personal trainers,etc

    Where do you live? On the moon? If there are no trainers, read your ass off on all the different bodybuilding forums and learn it yourself.

    I agree! Do this first bro this is a guarantee with total dedication . You'll be in good shape. Keep us posted ! do that and you will be a INSPIRATION to all thats on your shoes right now.

    Let me tear you apart here because you're all over the place and make no sense.



    1. You say kids push you around, but that you want to lose 70-80 lbs. You're 6'5" and 232 pounds. You're a friggin' beanpole for your height. If you lost 70 lbs you'd weigh about as much as most chubby chicks. You think the meanies at your school aren't going to push you around MORE when you're a featherweight!?

    2. You seem to think that you can pop a few pills, stick a few needles in your ass, sit on the couch, and get big. Steroids do NOT work like that. Steroids INCREASE your body's ability to build muscle. They don't REPLACE your body's ability to build muscle. Sitting around on your ass, your body isn't building muscle. Steroids aren't going to magically make it start.

    3. You say you're going to check in with a doctor every week. Superb! You're not 18 which means that, at least in the United States, you don't get the "patient doctor privilege." Which means when your doc finds out you're juicing......he's going to tell your parents.

    4. There's a "diet" and then there's "dieting." To build muscle you have to select a diet. This doesn't mean Atkins, Or the South Beach, or whatever the "lose 40 lbs of fat in 10 seconds" fad diet is. It means a strict regimen of eating shitloads of protein all day, every day forever.

    5. You're 17! You have shitloads of the steroid testosterone flowing through your veins right now anyway! Take advantage of it cuz in 4 years it'll be gone!



    In conclusion. You don't know enough about ANYTHING to even be considering steroids. You don't even possess enough fitness knowledge to properly apply whey protein....the most basic of foods for a bodybuilder. What you need is a gym membership first and foremost. Once you can even commit to just showing up there 4-5 times a week then MAYBE you should think about legal supplements. 4-5 years from now when a workout routine and a diet became standard practice MAYBE you can start to think about steroids.

    Steroids will not help you do this.

    So you lose 70 lbs of fat and you're down to 160 lbs. You'll put on some muscle, sure. Considering it's your first year say around 25 lbs. That puts you at 185 lbs at 6'5. You will look like a coat hanger. You dont think kids are going to push you around then? I was 125 lbs in high school. Your peers will only push you around if you give them a reason to. If your personality sucks you'll get teased no matter what you look like.

    Spot on advice.

    This reminds me of that gay dude (not directed towards you oneshotonekill) from true life, im on steroids. The guy was always skinny and wanted to put on more muscle to look more attractive yet he didnt not know how to eat, didnt know how homrones even effect your body. didnt know PCT, and just thought that workin out and using steroids will get you huge. In your case 1shot1kill, you want ot drop 70lbs of fat and gain lean muscle at the same time. This wont happen, you will not get the look your looking for in 1 month, 2 months, or even 24months. It take a long time to achieve what i beleive your looking for. Muscle is built at an extreme slow pace but fat is easy to shed, go figure. ITs going to take time and patience EVEN with the help of AAS which you shouldnt even be touching anyways. Your best gains are in your few years of lifting natural. Get used to having patience when it comes to this becuase patience is the key to growing msucle and loosing fat and transforming your body. The end, you keep avoiding this subject so suck it in and deal with it because there is no easy way around it.

    Sorry kid, there is much more to it then just working out and using steroids. #1 steroids are not going to get you where you want. #2 if you cannot eat correctly then exercise will not get you where you want. I see it everyday with everyone, I cant lose weight or I cant gain muscle blah blah blah blah...


    Now read longhorns post and read the diets that he posted. If you are not eating like this then you will not get the results you want. The dieting plus the exercise will get you wher eyou need to be. Steroids are the icing on the cake your still the batter in the bowel.

    um no society today is a bunch of bull shit i have no problem with people i dont go around starting shit. its all those other ****s who think they are tough shit. i may be able to take one hell of a punch through my experience's doesnt mean i have lean muscle
