How much Milk thistle should I take a day while taking 75mg's of Anadrol ED for two weeks? Thanks.

well i take ALA also so no telling if the MT alone helps, but i would recommend both yes

i use to take like 200mgs twice a day running 100mg/day.

ive found that milk thistle or any other liver supps will NOT keep your liver enzymes in a normal range while on cycle..sure its a good idea to take them while on, but more important to take when you come off any oral to help detoxify your liver..your lipids usually go to shit while on orals too
