    i've read something similar, i believe it said 6-8 reps was an optimal range for building muscle via hypertrophy and shocking nervous system, which both enhanced metabolic function and thus together created a synergetic effect

    i wish i could find the damn thing!! it was actually a good article made sense too.

    i know, it's one of those things where i can remember every bit of the article and what it said, but i can't remember the title, author or where i saw it, it's pissing me off now

    it was a mens health i think, not sure which issue. maybe the newest or second from newest one!

    must have been different then, mine was a scientific article from a metabolic study

    it was a brief article which referenced some study. like i said i read it real quick and wasl ike hmm interesting now i dont know where!
