I might be running 500mg of Test E and 400mg of Deca or the second option of just leaving Deca completely out.
What is PCT that should be sufficient for this? Would it be the same for both? Nolva enough?

how long would i run it for? what would the doses be?

Clomid: 4 weeks @ 100mg ed first 2 weeks, 50mg ed last 2 weeks.
nolvadex: 4-6 weeks @ 20mg ed (40mg ed for first 2 weeks if you wish)
were not hear to spoon feed, i suggest you do some much needed research before considering AAS.
