    Which is best for a first cycle?

    First post, glad to be here
    It's been a while since I've researched on PH and Anabolics so everything has changed. I tried to use the search but it kept timing out so I decided to ask here.
    For a first cycle, which would you recommend, Test E, P, Tren, Deca or other?
    I'm interested in the Tren due to the low sides according to steroidsplanet and being slightly prone to gyno but what do the pros think?
    Speaking of which, is steroidsplanet credible or should I stick to local?

    welcome..
    first off everybody will ask you for your stats..
    and secondly.. most will reccomend a simple test e cycle for your first.. and that is only if your diet and workout rotine are in check

    Tren.. hehe

    You can be misled to think that tren has low sides when you read it...but it comes
    with different sides..instead of the estrogen it is the progesterone that is activated.
    It's pretty hard on your kidneys also.

    You're not ready for Tren yet...try Test E first...like everyone says.

    hard on your kidneys? how so? and cite where you read this? not trying to be a pain, just curious?

    You should run a simple test cycle for your first cycle and if you are gyno prone you can run nolva or arimidex to prevent the gyno

    my friend, easy, read the tren profile, tren is pretty hard to the kidneys...

    tren for first cycle NO WAY.

    For first cycle
    1-12 Test Enant 500mg/week is the best what you can do. And use femara 0.625mg/day.

    Guess Test E is still the king of first cycles after all.
    I don't plan on taking it for a few months, I'm going to pack on a couple more lbs and work on joint health before jumping into the juice. Currently I'm 6'1 198lbs 8-10%bf last I checked.
    I'm really lean and type 1 muscle fiber dominant but I'm pure **** build with very broad shoulders and lats but small chest and waist.
    Ibulked up to 225 in 05 at about 13%bf using EMax, strong as an ox and was starting to look more type 2 but I got injured in Iraq and lost all that weight after a surgery in early 06 and went down to 170lbs, since than I've been working on building LBM.

    What do you guys think of EMAX LMG since I'm halfway on the subject?

    I'll spend the next few months re-researching PCT, cycle logs and everything else so I don't end up doing something stupid.

    Oh man, I wish all the noobs were like you bro. You come here and already know what is best to do before gears.
    I'm really glad to hear that.
    And I'm also glad that you won't do roids yet even if these "experts" here have already given you steroids advices, without knowing your stats.
    You probably already know more than some of the members that posted here.

    I've seen some Noobs do some stupid shit in my day and I try not to repeat others mistakes.
    I'm 25 but I've been into fitness for as long as I can remember, my final goal is to get to about 240 10-12% bf. Don't care about being super lean anymore, it's overrated
