    Wanting to cut about 90 pounds!

    Im 5'11 250 pounds and looking to drop to about 180. I have done cycles in the past but got married and it all turned in to fat Now I'm recently divorced and want to get on another cycle to shed weight as fast and start dating again. I'm currently on the atkins induction phase. I did it 2 years ago for about 4 months and lost like 50 pounds but my ex and I got back together and I gained it all back lol! So anyways I guess im just looking for suggestions to shed weight super fast. Thanks for any help!

    Diet and Cardio Brother. At that weight I would not take anything yet, especially gear. I dropped 20 lbs in less than a month by dieting and cardio. I don't eat any sugar or crappy food. I only drink water also. Check the diet forum also, some great advice their. Thats what I reccomend. If some of the Vets chime in they might have some better advice on what you might be able to take.

    Thanks for the advice. I've already lost about 20 pounds in the last month and a half. I do cardio 6 days a week for one hour and weight train 3 days on one day off. I'm seeing really good results. I'm also taking adipokinetix by forge. I like it, but I would like something stronger.

    Have you researched clen and cytomel?

    I really enjoyed clen when I took it before. So I'm probably leaning in that direction.

    LOL! Maybe I'm exaggerating a little But I definitely want to lose alot of body fat, and I dont want to put on a ton of mass like before. I just want to stay lean.

    I lose ONE pound and I immediately start popping Anadrol-50's and doing squats.

    Seriously: Reform your diet first. Muscle doesn't "turn into" fat. You've GAINED fat while allowing your muscles to atrophy. Work down the fat with cardio and build up your muscles at the same time. Once your weight is in check, THEN you could add gear.

    Sounds good. Is clen considered gear or a fat burner? Would that be ok to add now?

    Have your BF checked no more than 18% to start the gear, although 250mg test e weekly won't hurt with higher BF than 18% provided your BP, cholesterol and HR are in check but no cycles for now.

    clen is NOT gear... its actually a bronchodialater (sp)... u can read bout it on the ar-r website...

    just wondering where you got this magic number from....could it be your ass....there is no specific number as everyone is diffenent so telling him to get his BF% done and then go if it is less is poor advice...while BF% is key there are a lot of other factors so giving a number as a target is wrong...sorry
