What are your current stats?
i am 5'11" 206 lbs 29 yrs old what else do u want to know
do you know of any natural test boosters that work
i was thinking of using hgh
tribulis and creatine EE work as does NO2. protein works wonders as do BCAAs. simple aminos like carnitine and glutamine work wonders as well. all depends on how you use them and the quality of the product and your workout. they wont do anything if you dont bust your ass and force your body to need these chemicals you are taking in. when you trigger reactions in your body your body uses certain chemicals for reactions whether for energy or for building. but these things work to some degree but no unless you work out hard and eat food.
I only believe in creatine glutammine and BDAAs
glutamine works good weight gainer shakes BCAA pills ,milk thisle if your on cycle
Any one taken L-Arganine?
My personal favourites:
Vitamin and Mineral supplement - Brand = Quest.
Calcium = Quest
Vitamin C = Quest
Whey Protein = Prolab
Casein - ON
Glutamine - Met rx
Creatine, Glutamine, no2(decent pumps from no2), ummm not sure if ur able to get

Maverick that you in avater, looking good bro
your welcome mate u have done a lot a good work on your Physique
pre workout I'm a fan of Eropharm AMP, 3 pills works great for me. 4 and I'm up all night
Most BCAA mixtures work good... along with some pre work out formulas like amplify 02
The best supplements are creatine, protein powder and a good multi. BCAA are good as well, however they are extremely expensive. You should be taking 20-30mg/daily which is really expensive. As for NO2 there is some research to support it and other research shows nothing.
supercharge stacked with recharge
protein
glutamine
multi-vitamin
