I used M5 powdered krealkalyn a few years ago and it was awesome. The only set back was the disgsuting tasted that made you feel like you were drinking metal. I dont know if they have fixed that issue since. I had great pumps and didn't look bloated at all. Just make sure you drink a lot of water or sometimes I've heard of people sweating and giving off an acetone (finger nail polish remover) odor.
Has your buddy mentioned anything bout the taste?
