how bout you write out your workout routine like:
monday: back/biceps
tuesday: chest/triceps
weds: rest
etc
etc
ahh k m8
monday - chest/bicep/abs
tuesday - cardio/legs
wed - shoulder/traps/forearms
thurs - back/triceps
friday - everyones favorite - > chest/bicep/abs
sat/sun - mostly cardio/abs
hope this helps, im wondering if 3 to 4 exercise will do
seems fine to me, just make sure you have adequate rest days, i would take out one of the ab/cardio days, do cardio after you workout when your glycogen stores are lower, use sunday for a rest day
yes, 3-4 exercises is fine, i believe for large muscle groups, anthing over 12-16 sets is overkill, 10-12 for smaller muscles, good luck on it
try this
monday chest/bis/abs/cardio
tuesday legs/cardio
wednesday shoulders/traps/forearms
thursday rest/cardio
friday back/tricep cardio
saturday chest/bicep/abs cardio
sunday rest

how does 4 exercises on 2 bodyparts take you 1hour and half, surely it would take 45mins to 1hour max. really u only need to do chest n biceps once a week, i beleive in a 1 day off for rest.
i'd have to agree with johnq must do alot of talking
i do
mon legs traps abs 40-50min
tue chest bi's/cardio 1h 10min
wed shoulders calves cardio 1h
thur back tri's /cardio1h 10min
fri do a core work-out+ smash legs again(can't fire cannons out of kanos)
sat light cardio + weak-point wieghts trainning
no longer than 2min rest + only 20min hard interval cardio
ok guys thanks im getting the picture... =)

funny shit! great way to say the truth. i see it all the time, guys w/ build upper bodies and little legs
it seems you are kinda goin like the slingshot training... i'd advise u to go read that in the work out forum...
personally i do 2-3 exercises per major muscle group, and work them out 2x a week..
this is my split:
mon: chest, back, bi's
tues: legs, shoulders, tri's
wed: explosive lifts (cleans, push press), abs, cardio
thurs: chest back bi's
fri: legs, shoulders tris
sat: exposive lifts, abs, cardio
sun: off
and for the 2nd time of the week w/ the body part i do a alternative lift (like back squat to front squat, barbell bench to DB bench)
and i run just abou every mornin when i get up...
go pick up mens health new book on deit and fitness programs its good.

shit my legs are my biggest part of me...![]()
i wish bro i've got nothing work the s h i t out of them and nothing got my first cycle coming my legs can't wait 400pound squats 800+ leg press its getting me toey thinking about it
i hope your diet is on check
tweaking the end of it now i've just cut the fat (32kg=65-70 pound) looking to get strong full and lean
I tend to drink a lot of water after workout is that ok ?
ah duh
i would change that water into protein
I wouldn't change it into protein, i'd add protein
Why not just use the same routine you use to gain muscle while you're not on cycle?
