Allright all I have been hearing about is fina so I am giving it a go.
I am currently 24 days in to a 75mg ed fina 50mg per day tes prop.
I am keeping my diet real strict.
250g plus protein derived from chicken, fish, lean meat, and MRP shakes
100-200g complex carbs from brown rice, mrp shakes, potatoes, whole breads
also taking flax seed oil using yohimburn for the past week and xenadrine everyday.
My goal was to cut up during this cycle. I started at a morning weight of 190-192lbs. and am currently 192-194.5 lbs morning weight. My weight varies alot from day to day any way. In the evening I will weigh 197-199lbs.
I am not to concerned about no real weight gains because I can tell I have lost some fat and trimmed up.
I have been doing cardio 3 to 4 times a week very low intensity.
That said my problem is I have not put on any good strenght gains or muscle size. I document my workouts everyday. I am staying at the same reps for a given weight in all exercises. I do increase my weight in my final sets each week. I am making very minimal progress.
for example bench last week 225x 8 255x 5 275x2 heavy spot on last rep
this week 225x8 255x5 280x1 heavy spot
Is it too early to be seeing significant results. I am running the cycle for 6 weeks. The fina is homebrew the prop is testovis. I have a high tolerance to medications any way and in past experience I have not seen the gaines off my other cycles compared to what others see.
