i know alot depends on diet and stuff but with a great diet which i will have because when im ready to juice i will post it for critique and hard lifting which i also do what gains can i expect from a cycle of test e at 500 mg a week for 12 weeks with a prop kickstart at 100mg eod for weeks 1-4? it all depends i know but if someone was with me in a gym and said here take this cycle ill bet youll get ____ pounds of mass put on what would it be?
