It's only for orals. Last source for them I've seen was in Thailand.
What they do is mix something like dbol in a suitable solvent, then soak a porous paper (like blotting paper) in the solution. Sometimes when it dries small crystals form, and it's pretty obvious that something's mixed in with the paper.
