Clen questions...

My stats are 5'11", 185 lbs, 17-20%bf, been working out 1.5 years. I just received my first bottle of Clen with my oral syringe and Im debating the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, or the 2 weeks on, 3rd week Benadryl and then start another 2 weeks. And how do I measure mcg's in my syringe of ml?

you are correct. i take otc sleeping pills every night. it keeps the receptors fresh.

Everyones diff. and I don't think theres a standard to clen. Basically I start at 80 and work up to 160, I'll stay there untill the effects start to decline. Which is usually a couple weeks anyway but can be much longer for some.

I've been reading up on Clen. In my opinion, and others' the two week on two week off plan doesn't seem to allow for optimal results.

While the science does show the first two weeks of dosing to have the most dramatic results, using a 6 week cycle can result in the "quasi-anabolic" effect Clen can have. Unless your body temp. goes down sooner, start the Benedryl at the 3-week mark for a week and the 6th week.

I don't like the way everyone runs clen. By the 3rd week my receptors are SHOT. Hell by the second week I have to go over 100mcg just to feel it. What I do is take 25mg benadryl (just 1 pill) every night from start to finish. No time off I just run it for about 6 weeks. And keep the dose low starting out... I would start with maybe 50mcg and see how that goes. And if you take the benadryl every night as I suggested then you shouldn't really have to up the dose any once you find a suitable one.

hey, do any of you know how caffeine use affects a Clen cycle?

My main question is, does a tolerance to caffeine (e.g. daily coffees) affect the body's tolerance to Clen? Or are we talking different "receptors"?

Also - do you guys like to take Clen all at once or split the dose in half for the day?

i like to take my clen all at once. i get up at 1am so i need the boost. i fell the energy from it all day. as for the cafine question i to am curious but dont know.
