    epo sides

not much in the research on epo sides. Except for that stroke "problem". It also cautions hematocrit levels. What would you do about it if they were high.

you take it for 2 weeks and it kicks in on week 3. What do you do for the next 4 to 6 months if you have problems?

ive done epo its been about 3 yrs so i dont remember my dosages. but i made sure i stayed hydrated and kept aspirin with me at all times. i never needed it but epo is something u need to be careful with. it helped with cardio but i just liked the vascularity that came with it.

Just for lifting. Is there a way to monitor at home affordably?

I would say don't bother for lifting.
It is very useful for endurance athletes, for example don't know if you are watching the Tour de France right now, but gtd almost all those guys are on either epo or pre-donated blood to get their crit up to max. More risk than reward for lifting imo.
