Guys,
I've just started a 12 to 15 wk cycle and I want to make sure I'm doing everything possible to maximize my muscle gains. Below is my cycle and my daily food intake. What do you guys think? Should I be eating more? Should I be taking other supplements to assist the steroids? Any advice would be appreciated.
I'll be taking the following.
700mg enanathate
300mg deca
I'm eating the following on a daily basis.
Meal1=8 eggs (6 whole, 2 whites) and two kashi waffles w/ sugar free syrup
Meal2=1/2 pd ground chicken and 1/2 cup rice
Meal3=60g protein shake, yogurt, and tbsp peanut butter
Meal4=leftovers (varies from chicken, pasta, steak, or hamburger helper)
Meal5=60g protein shake and 12oz moutain dew (post workout)
Meal6=dinner (varies from chicken, pasta, steak, or hamburger helper)
Meal7=protein bar and 8oz glass of milk
