Protein is always good, helps build muscle
And the alcohol question...... ok, maybe a drink here or there isn't going to hurt you, but it isn't going to help you either. Check out this thread, and read, I believe it is the 6th post on it.

protein = yes, generally 250-350g or more depending on bulking, cutting, your size, etc
alcohol SHOULD be ok with just test, but with any oral it adds a lot more stress on the liver. but i wouldn't suggest an alcoholic start cycling

Do you guys know of anything that can maintain your strength in between cycles?
food. you don't know near enough or are far enough along to start delving into bridges
need to learn somewhere. I admit i rushed into it but i don't want to make the mistake again.

Also i have heard that if you take to much test and come off it you can get really bad depresion and anxiety.
Is that a case by case basis or is hat inevidable.
kinda rare. with a good pct you'll be fine. and the more we tell you, the more enticed you might be to just run out and try it
