    Fashion?

    Can someone please explain to me why people wear their pants/shorts down below their @$$ ? I assume it is a fashion thing.... but you have to walk bow legged to keep them up. I don't know, what is it you are trying to say by dressing like this? It seems like a white flag, you know, "I give up! I don't care what people think about me anymore!" Thats all I can figure......

    i'm pretty sure that ithas to deal w/ gang leaders getting out of prison and they lost so much weight that their pants hung down... and i guess thats cool?

    I don't see many people wearing baggy/saggy pants anymore. Seems as if that fad left a few years ago or maybe I'm just growing up? As far as the hat thing goes I don't know.

    Prison chic

    Believe it grew out of prison fashion, or "cell-block chic" back in the '90's.

    Pants hanging down around your arse because you're not allowed to wear a belt in jail (hanging risk).

    Pants cuffs rolled up so guards can see you're not hiding a shank in your sock.
    (Bike messengers roll up their cuffs so they won't get them caught in the bike chain. Wannabes adopt the style.)

    What I don't get are the ENORMOUS rhinestone earings on the boys. I mean, they're the size of golf balls! (The earings, not the boys.)
