ha ya man it sounds do able then you start doing it and your like wtf. i do 3 sets of it now and superset it with abs. glad you gave it a try. it helps me with my verticle and my legs dont burn when im at work picking crap up all day lol.

For some reason this reminded me of the Dot Drill back in High School. You ever do that? where there's 5 dots painted on the ground like in the shape of a 5 on a dice and you jump back and forth from one to another. First left leg, then right, then both etc... It's tough to do for very long but helps with agility and you vertical. Good stretch for your hamstring and calves too.
