we mostly agree, i was just making a joke but you are 100% correct saying people can change their diets and workout to improve, but where i disagree with most threads is telling people to reach their goals naturally when aas can help on top of a good diet/workout
im just saying i think that 6' 150 pound guy wouldnt be hurting himself to get on a cycle, assuming he did get his diet and routene on point first, and not have to wait years to get 30 pounds up to 180 first
basically to my cycle requirements are good diet, good routene, age, bf%<12 and aas knowledge.
i hope that makes sense
