traffic/mailing lists

well i guess if this place cant give me any tips then theres no one that can,i am trying to make a uk site big,i mean like the us sites,but its a hard job to do over here as theres not meny bodybuilding sites that get big?so any tips on getting traffic or buying a mailing list as i have heard you can do this?
any help would be great guys.

???? well thats not the answer i was hoping for? i put alot into the set up of my site and at the moment im getting a good 3000 unique hits a day and we only been open less than a week,just not much content on the forum which i think is where the site is losein the ppl who have not signed up?

Have you looked into RSS feeds for fresh content? I'm not sure if there are any out there for this specific area of interest but it's a thought...

well i have no idea what rss feed is lol i have had to hire a programer to set my site up but hes not cheap so was hoping theres some thing i can figure out to do?i done all the blog sites and submiting to search engines ect ect only other thing i can find myself is paying for advitiseing which i will be doing over the next month or so! id like some feed back as to the set up but i can post web links as im sure its breaking the rules here but if you look at my profile and take a look any feedback would be great so i know where to go next on the devoplment of the site,plus if you do feel the need to sign up lol

well i have lloked at the riles and i can't see any reason why i cant post a link and ask for feedback on the sites layout? if im wrong then mod's please edit?
