Guys ive been reading on here for months, very useful information, and i am ready to start thinking about my first cycles leading into the race season next year. Planning ahead.
Background: i am an elite cyclist (semi-pro), been racing for years. 31 years old. 6'3" 180 pounds, very lean. Not sure of BF but its gotta be really low.
My goals are in order of importance:
1: increase anaerobic and aerobic performance (more RBC's)
2. remain lean (power to weight ratio is what equals speed on the bike)
3. boost overall power on the bike, build lean quality muscle mass.
4. decrease recovery times after hard workouts.
5. boost endurance.
From what i have read it seems like a test and EQ stack would be a good start, but HGH also seems like it would help. Clen is VERY very popular with endurance athletes.
I dont want wacko side effects or to harm my body, so i am very cautious. At the same time 80% of my competition is using and im getting left behind.
The confusing thing is there is just so much out there.
