you want to cut at 150 pounds? sounds like you need a better diet.

Re Re?! if uno steriods you would know you need to eat Alot more before hitting any gear, i take it your english aswel as alot of english blokes first cycles are oral only, very harsh on the liver make sure u take milk thisle daily. My first cycle was d-bol winni oral thn bridged to A-var, worked wonders for me but effects everyone different, get to the diet section and get yourself eating the right shizeeeeel!

you do know that the olympia competitors are on stage at 3% bf. you think you can get to 5% without using diuretics? sure. sure.
PT was asking why you want to cut because honestly at 150 pounds and 15% bodyfat you would be what is called a 'skinny fat kid,' meaning you have next to no muscle mass and mostly just fat on a tiny frame.
it makes no sense to want to cut when you dont even have a solid foundation. at best you would end up just looking malnourished.

^^agreed^^ in order to get down to 5%(which is unhealthy) you'll end up weighing about 125lbs and thats way to light for a full grown man. if i were you i would bulk while doing cardio and keeping a clean diet high in protein and good calories. you can gain some weight as well as lower your bodyfat if you get your diet and training in check
