    starting my cycle..

    okay. i'm very new to ingestion of external substances for lifting....
    i've been doing about a week's worth of research and i've come to the conclusion this is what i want to do.

    i ordered some d-bol and am ready to start cycling it (haven't received it yet). i've read in numerous places that i should be cycling d-bol with some sort of injection, as d-bol is an immediate result kinda thing and the injections would provide long term results.

    i haven't ordered any injections, and d-bol is the only thing i've ordered. would it be efficient to cycle it alone? or would i need something else? would a pct be necessary? (nolvadex?)

    i also use ON protein, and drink that a few times a day, mixed with water.

    i've also started my diet, which consists of....
    oatmeal / cereal in the morning and a boiled egg or two
    2 grilled chicken breasts with brown rice for lunch (sometimes eat a chicken sandwich with wheat, lettuce, miracle whip, and american cheese)
    steak and potatoes for dinner

    here are some stats
    age: 19
    height: 5'11
    weight: 250
    body fat: 23%

    You ordered roids with only a week's worth of research? I think your getting yourself into this too quick, people on this board spend months and sometimes years of research before jumping into a cycle. Wait a while longer to start using gear, 19 is not the best age to start using them and 23% bodyfat is not the best percent to start a cycle, you should diet down.

    Dbols should not be taken alone, should be run with some form of Testosterone for your first cycle, Enanthate, Cypionate, or Propionate.

    And yes, a PCT is needed.

    yeah.

    now that i think about it, you're right. does dbol have an expiration time? so i could leave it in my room for a few months and start taking it after i slim down?

    i've been reading the educational forums for a bit. i think i'm going to spend more time in there. is there any place where u can refer me in there that would let me know more about cycling mentioned products above?

    your new diet is not so great. good start but you need 5-6 small meals a day.
    also cycling higher than 12% is dangerous, unhealthy, hinders gains, and causes severe side effects at your bf%

    thanks for the information! it is very helpful. i will spend countless hours and days reading the provided information!
    also, to slim down, i've been taking hydroxycut hardcore. i don't know if you guys frown down upon that.
    does it work? i just started taking it a few weeks ago and have noticed that i lost some weight.... but this could also be because i'm eating healthier...

    hydroxy-cut to the best of my knowledge is just an appetite suppressant. so yeah you'll cut while on it but when you come off of it your metabolism will be slowed. so more harm than good in the end.
    i say drop it.

    clen works a few ways, mainly by being a thermogenic, it literally melts your fat be increasing temp.
    in order of importance you need
    1) diet
    2) diet
    3) diet
    4) cardio/clen
    5) newbie threads

    so maybe you're right. i may have jumped into this too fast. but i thought dbol would be ideal because it's an oral drug and not an injection...

    one8nine, should i use clen as a dietary supplement? i read the faq and it sounds good, but i'm asking is it worth it to help shed lbs? it seems other people have had success with it, but they were probably a little less heavier than me with less bf.

    would it work, given my age, weight, and bf?

    Good call.

    Nope for a first cycle test at 500mg a week show 2x a week is best.

    i personally dont use it but my diet/workout are on point. the sloppiest i get is 11%-12%. probably 9% most of the time. ive been 6%

    A good diet, cardio, and clen will definitly help u drop some bf. Man up and start pinning if u want to do this the right way, get everything else in check first though.

    I am not trying to be rude but it seems like he is more interested in the quick way than the right way. How about you post a diet plan and let us go over it. The other stuff is not in your interest if you can not do the stuff right that makes it work at its peak performance.

    jethro, what do you mean by "man up and start pinning" ? i tried to look in the glossary of terminology used on this site and couldn't find it. lol.

    and to everyone, i will be looking into ordering clen. i know posting websites of where to order is forbidden on this site, so i will have to do more research on where to get it. i've been reading the FAQs and searched topics on clen, and it seems to be worth it.

    one8nine, what exactly do you mean by a "proper diet" ? ? ?

    also.. i started my training on monday. i will be starting a photo diary to track my weight loss / mass gains.

    here's my workout plan....
    everyday before i work out, i do about 10-13 minutes of 180+strides per minute on the elliptical as a warm up

    monday / thursday

    biceps
    rows
    lat pulldown with closegrip bar
    standing curls
    shoulders
    military press
    shrugs
    upright butterfly
    back
    rows
    lat pulldowns with big bar
    pull ups
    deadlifts

    tuesday / friday

    chest
    flatbench
    decline bench
    butterflies
    triceps
    tricep push things (pushing downwards on the little rope or whatever)
    pushups
    dips

    wednesday

    - running on the elliptical for 30 minutes
    - running 1 mile
    - ab workouts
    - jump ropes

    then friday night i take an ice bath for like 15 minutes.

    as for my diet... i'm still trying to construct what exactly it is i should be eating and whatnot.. but this is my plan..

    breakfast
    -oatmeal
    -orange juice
    -1 scoop of optimum nutrition protein mixed with 9 ounces of water
    -random fruits

    lunch
    -2 grilled chicken breasts with white rice
    -lettuce
    -fruits

    dinner
    -grilled steak with grilled hot dog

    all the cooking of foods will be done with the george foreman grill to grill off that fat and stuff..

    how is everything looking?

    what needs improving?

    BTW!! UPDATE
    i got my body fat tested today at my gym before i lifted, and it's actually 21.8 and not 23!!! so it's not as bad as i thought, but it's still pretty bad. lol.
    and it wasn't measured with the caliper. it was measured with the one i hold out in front of me

    How many sets and reps are you doing? Post your workout in the Workout section so it gets more critique.

    you still need to work on your diet. aim for 6 smaller meals every day, come up with something and post it in the diet section with macros included and it will get critiqued.

    no leg workouts?

    pinning means injecting the AS instead of doing oral cycles which are toxic and not very good, with a few exceptions

    lunch

    cut out the hot dog
    all the cooking of foods will be done with the george foreman grill to grill off that fat and stuff..

    i really appreciate you adding in what needs to be improved in my diet .
    might i ask why i should be taking out the fruits and oj?

    also, since i'd be eating every 3 hours to increase metabolism, is there anything i should add? or should i just separate the meals and eat half / half and stuff?

    guys seriously. all your help really means a lot. i always look forward to coming onto this website right when i get home
