You're in a great shape, man. Really thick upper body and bf below 10% for sure. I don't see why you can't compete.
keep it up and good luck in the show.
oh, just out of curiosity, you seem to have a very specific genetic bodytype (a good one for bodybuilding)... are you from arab or persian ascendence?
Thanks tank, Can't wait for the next summer, now hittingthe legs every 5th day, unfortuantly can't go heavy, just had an accident last year and my back is jacked, L5 disc slipped and dead now. so cannt squat heavy or deadlift.
trying heavy leg extensions and assisted squats and hack squats. put on some size, slow steady gains.
man ive had a hernia for ever now..havent been able to use much weight in like a year and a 1/2 and i look just as big and full as i did when i was powerlifting..people under estimate the power of failure..super sets/drop sets **** ile do sets to the point where im curling nothing but the weight of my own arm and i can barely do it. it doesnt matter what weight you use, if you push that shit untill you cant anymore that tissue is gonna break down and grow. anyway all the best man..if you were able to build your upperbody that well, the legs are gonna follow if the work ethics the same.
good luck with your training and keep us updated.

I have been doing super sets and tri-super sets. working out 2 times/day 6 days/week and cardio 5-6 times man. including soccer and short sprints.
started (the camp) last April at 200 lbs %15 BF which is about 187 lbs equal to my BF pecent now, so I put on about 30 lbs of LEAN muscle.
Can't be any happier![]()
