Well my advice would be to take out the Tren

Just do it this way

wk 1-12 Sust 500mg split on two and shot Mon and Thurs
wk 1-11 Deca 400mg split in two and mixed with the sust

PCT

Thats all you need for your first cycle. Some will even say leave out the Deca.

Because he cant get a long Ester, he is also a newbie and probably wont be up to sticking himself EOD and IMO the benefit of the Prop in sust is negligible anyway

Have your tried sust twice a week ? I have done it both ways and I found no real difference in the results, apart from less pain from the shots
