okay, I thought I was going to get help here. It looks like I'm going to just end up trying steroids. I said mostly upper body. I plan on changing that. Its just right now I have been busy. My dad died2 weeks ago and that was hard on me.

I am sorry for your loss. I know you may not want to hear this but when you go off cycle this might be even harder to come to terms with. hard to tell how you might respond to aas. some of us can become pretty emotional post cycle. just something to think about.
