I don't think amino acids are necessary anymore - not with Whey <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a> available... which often has all the BCAA's in it. Rather than buying amino acids - get a quality whey <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a>.
