What do you feel is the most effective food you regularly eat

This may be a dumb question and it may not apply to most. But every Sunday I cook enough of this for at least 4-5 meals throughout the week.

Ground turkey / A can of green beans / marinara sauce / different spices

I feel like its responsible for a lot of my gains since its pretty healthy and very good tasting I can eat it very frequently.

I make mine with 1/2 cup of egg whites, 1/4 cup of cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of oats and a scoop of chocolate whey. Spray a pan with pam and cook like pancakes. Then I make a 2 whole egg omlette with reduced fat shredded cheese and a glass of simply orange...and get some sugar free syrup on those pancakes. Great way to start the day when looking to gain some size.

When I switched my primary carb source from oats to sweet potatoes I noticed a huge difference in my physique. Thanks Nark! I sound like a fvking infomercial for sweet potatoes/Nark.

I like to take about 2 lbs of venison burger (Or very lean ground beef will work just as well) and cook it over high heat in a wok. Once its mostly browned I use a turkey baster to remove any fat that's cooked out. Then I dump in 1 1/2 C of brown rice, 1 C water and a whole bunch of green veggies (broccoli, celery, chives, cabbage and asparagus are my favs) season with fresh chopped Cilantro, oregano, fresh garlic, black pepper, onion powder and a little salt.
I sometimes add either a little lime and lemon juice or low sodium soy or teryaki sauce.
Stir-fry that until the veggies just start to get a little soft and you're good to go.

I pack 2 tupperware containers of this for breaks at work and most of the time eat it cold. Good stuff
