hard to say ive been trying alot of things on chest. but now im sticking to this kind of workout:

bench press

start off 100kg which is my max right now

5 sets:
10reps
10reps
8reps
8reps
8reps

then i go down weight to 80kg

3sets:
12reps then dips
12reps dips
12reps dips

down to 60kg

6sets:
20reps dips
20reps dips
15reps dips x4

i then do flys about 3 sets

pullovers and pushups 3 sets

im really working hard on my chest. i push myself to the limit. is there a lack of muscle there or something. it seems right after i finish a huge chest workout they just go back the way they were. every thing else is doing great for me. im doing my chest every other day now. ive been told to do that to help it grow quicker. im strapped for ideas and i know it's cause of my genes. i have big shoulders and a small chest. fkn pathetic lol
