    hey everyone,

    So i competing for bodybuilding and i just finished my first show as a natural for the teens and placed first. I have been deciding between whether being natural and and i chosen to start cycling. im 5'11 half basically 6'0 foot. i competed at 163, 4% bf. Now im 190 and 7%. Losing the fat isnt the concern at all. I'm doing another show in May 09, i was wondering if BodyBuilders who HAVE COMPETED help me out with a sick cycle that has worked for them. No offense to ppl who just train but there is a difference.

    I have a cycle in mind but i think it might be to advance for it being my first cycle, but ya thanks for the help.

    what do you have in mind for a cycle?

    And if you could throw up some pics that would help. Edit out tattoos and your face for privacy reasons.

    will do whats a good program to hide the face in..

    i turn 19 soon, in off season im 190, contest i was 163 but hopefully i can gain some huge mass with a cycle and carry on. im 5'11 basically 6 foot. 4 % on stage off i dont go past 9 % percent.

    i want to get up to 200 and still keep my 4% bf when i step on stage and yes i do realize its going to take time but im dedicated to this sport.

    Just upload your pic on your computer, right click it, and use the edit function.

    I believe it takes you into PAINT program.

    And bro, you are VERY VERY young to be starting AAS. Lets see that pic, if you are serious about presuing BB for life, then youve made your choice.

    But know the risks going in. Your growth plates may close resulting in you not growing much anymore. As well as your natural test levels being reduced for life.

    What was the cycle you were thinking?

    my work out i go ..

    MON: chest, front delts
    TUES: back, Side delts
    DAY OFF
    THURS: Hams, calves
    FRI: Arms, abs
    DAY OFF
    SAT: Quads, glutes

    REPEAT

    click go advanced, manage attachments and at it or click the insert image button right above the text and put the destination in the tags

    You look good for a first show, especially as a natural teen, that being said, you are not 4% bodyfat, I would put you around 8% in the pictures.

    You can only get so much development as a teen, you have years left in the gym to make improvements. I would really suggest you stay the natural course, at least for the next few years and lift heavy and eat heavy. Keep getting on stage setting new goals.

    do u guys mind sharing how u guys cycle off season and going into contest.

    definitely not.. you really shouldn't use steroids at all. you really aren't that big, you should keep going naturally for a while. it hurts to hear but its true. i'm similar size.. bigger legs, smaller upper body, but just as thin at times. i would get a stronger natural base first, steroids will always be there for you.

    I've been wanting to ask this for awhile, but why does it matter if i stay natural for longer then start using rather than starting earlier. Not health wise but body size wise..

    yeah but the point is health wise, you can mess up your hpta (basically your balls) for the rest of your life if you start at a young age. at least when you're a little older your natural test production is down more.

    if you are really set on a cycle, you need to research a whole lot more. that proposed cycle is TERRIBLE. absolutely awful. and thats being nice about it

    i no that its stops ur growth and things like that. but why would i wait longer rather than starting it now, that the main thing ive been debating about, ive heard both sides but im not sure about why ppl say wait longer
