    gyno cut out

I had a successful surgery on my gyno, perfect job no pain, just had stitches taken out, and all breast tissue was taken out except a small amount to prevent the nipples from caving in.

One lesson I learnt was to take anti estrogen tabs every time I run a cycle.

Ill surely be taking .25mg ed arimidex and 25mg proviron ed. fingers crossed I wont be getting them again. Its been 9 days since surgery and and ill be having 1 more week off training then get back into it again, next cycle will be starting a month after training.

    good to hear ur fine.
just woundering why u want to rush to another cycle? while u still can gain more with "good diet" for another couple months. also to give enough time to prep for your future cycle.

It was covered by my private health fund. all I paid was $250 access.

I may also wait 2 months for my next cycle, and this is what I am going to use.

    .75ml sus250 eod week 1 - 12
    400mg deca ew week 1-10
    100mg prop eod week 1- 12
I may run tren enanthate at 400mg wk, what are your thoughts on that?

    Arimidex and proviron ed.

    PCT
    clomid 50mg week 1 - 4
    nolvadex 20mg week 1 - 6
HCG 500iu twice a week from last 2 weeks of cycle up until the second week of cycle.

    why sus and prop?

If i were you i'd just keep it simple....

    short ester
    prop 150mg eod x 12 wks
    ace 200mg eod x 10 wks

    Long ester
    Enanth 800mg/wk x 12
    Tren E 600mg/wk x 10

I bet BOTH of those cycles would yeild better results whatn your PROPOSED cycle

sustanon has prop in it, so why wouldnt it be a good idea to stack together? Or should I just run it at the first 4 weeks of cycle?

It was general anesthetic, and it took about an hour and a half. I had the option of doing local and being awake for the procedure, but I opted to be knocked out. There were only a few stitches half way around the bottom of the nipple, I just had the stitches out a few days ago, and its still bandaged up atm. in a few days ill get to see the full view of my nipple, but from what I saw when the stitches came off, it looked like a good job done. I suppose I still have feelings in my nipple cause when I press on my chest It feels a little tender as they have not fully recovered. I was out of the hospital a couple hours upon awaking, but I guess it depends on the person on how quickly they recover from the anesthetic.

Good luck bro I hope it all goes well for you. Ask the doctor to take all breast tissue and gyno and leave just enough for the nipple to look normal and not cave in.

For the last 2 years I kept deferring it, best thing was to get them cut out.

you said you just had the surgery a week ago? and that your going to start training in a week?

bro that only two days off....you get back on too soon, you going to tear you chest muscle away from you chest skin and cause a sagging look in your chest.....its recomended that you take 6 weeks off....thats what I did after my surgery and my chest still hurt like a mother for the first time so I had to take it easy for a while...

i would say all in all from the start of my surgery till it was completly healed was almost 2 months.

    just be careful!

Cost me about 5 grand. Very lucky that insurance covered yours. I took one week off from training and two weeks off fro any chest training, that's it. That is what the doc told me and it worked out well. I started another cycle right after too.

My insurance paid for my surgery as well, but I was out of commission for quite a while. I was in some major pain and couldn't even move for a week. I think it took me a month just to walk back in the gym and even then it was super light. Did you guys have the tissue cut out as well as lipo?

Well my doc said that 2 weeks should be enough rest from resistance training. Im a personal trainer so I am around weights all day, in other words I cant wait to get back into it.
I never felt pain until two days ago when I put a little pressure on my chest, but it was bearable. I guess recovery depends on the person, some may take long and others not as long.
My next cycle is about another 6 weeks away, Im gonna train and get my body back into routine then start my cycle in the new year without interuptions like christmas and new years.
To answer previous questions it only cost me $250 access for my private health fund, better than paying in the thousands for it when I can spend that money for something like HGH.
