Say I take clen for 2 weeks, then the third week keep taking the clen and add benadryl to get my receptors back up.
Are my receptors then good for another 2 weeks?

yes
50mg ed 7 days every two weeks, dipherhydramine is what your looking for in the benedryl. I took 75 mg on somedays. I just wanted to sleep like a log. I think this is the best method of using clen. and the best for not shocking the body, with the on off method.
