    ahh its the holidays i don't see a big problem with it! plus, most people are probably off eating already, too busy to look on here. i know thats what i'll be doing in about 10 minutes.

    i ate at like 130-230, was at the gym by 245 cause it closed at 4 today, trained so hard i almost threw up 5-6x, then came back to my house and shoved more food down my throat

    Yep that's me. Was one of the lads spare E34 BMW's that had the rockercover off the engine and we decided to drain the oil. About 7 litres of water fell out before piss all oil came out haha.
