thanks daem, I will keep trying to improve. My only concern is that I don't know if I have to change my the diet I had(low to no carbs) Didn't really lose a lot of lean muscle or size? what do u think? anyone? In the first pics I was 250-255lbs and now I am 223-225lbs. thanks.

Look at the side shot of his tricep...Do you see his belly? YES. He has a round stomach and some fat on his back as well.
He also has chest fat deposits in the first pic.
Depending on what his legs look like, 20-25% is NOT unreasonable.
That's "where the hell" it came from.
It's probably more like 20-21% but I threw that range out there bc it's impossible to be accurate within 1/2% when you are dealing with bf.
Take it from someone who has done over 1,000 body comps on well over 100 individuals. You were NOT at 25% in the first pictures. High teens at the worst.
For sure 20-23% in pic one, 14-16% in the second... Great progress...

good progress... 6 months to get to there is really good, hope i able to do so too
good luck with the training. It was hard for me this time. By the way I have just started doing cardio workout. I was eating 7-8 meals of JUNK food only(burgers w/cheese, lots of fries, all kind of buffets etc...) and everything was double-triple the size of a normal meal in my first couple of pics. Since then I haven't had a cheat meal.
Do you shave in front on your waistline?

thanks, it is hard to do but once u r on the right track u can do anything. I kept switching diets until I find the right one for me. Now I am trying a new diet again and for 3 weeks have greater results again. I will have to take some photos and post here again to see the change. I think I am down at least another 3% bf from my last pics. thanks and good luck.
