    Question Protein Crystals???

    has anyone heard of them or tried them. whats the deal with this stuff?

    They are a good concept. But I haven't seen anything on the actual quality of the protein in them. If it is really whey grade or some crappy gelatin like substance. Also they taste like shit, toooooooooo sweet IMO, it is about 3 times sweeter than a pixie stix.
