ever since eating like 6 times a day and on this diet, my muscles dotn seem to get as sore as they used to @ the gym, but im working out just as hard, and even harder sometimes. i dont get it is this good??

Seriously doubt the lack of soreness has anything to do with diet. Like Phate suggested switch up your workouts by changing exercises and/or rep ranges.
maybe i should add more weight?? stuff i used to do has been seeming kind of light.
I usually do working sets of 12 reps. So as a rule, if I can get 12 reps on 4 sets, then it is time to up the weight. Usually, I will end up getting like 8-10 reps on the last 2 sets when I have the right amount of weight selected.
If stuff feels light and you can do a lot of reps with it by the end of your sets. It is probably time to increase the weight.
I would have to agree with increasing your weight, also adding some forced reps, drops and negative sets
