Reduced bodyfat doesn't matter, have you ever seen a bodybuilder who has gyno during competition? His bf% is VERY LOW yet the gyno sticks out like a sore thumb.

The body WILL NOT metabolize the fat tissue, it just won't. Just like in women, if a women get's her bf% down really low she will still have breast tissue, the body basically thought you were a woman at one time and developed breast tissue for lactation and even after it learned it was wrong it won't metabolize the breast tissue. If caught to late, surgery is the only option

There is really no such thing as gyno reversal, once you have gyno you can rarely get rid of it (through medication). Now if you have the beginning symptoms of gyno (painful nipples, swollen nipples, a very small lump) and you run AI's and Nolva ASAP then yes you can prevent it from developing.

So there is a difference between HAVING gyno and HAVING beginning symptoms of gyno.

Gyno usually happens in one side of the breast, it rarely happens in both at the same time so thats why you can feel it one and not the other.

Most insurance companies don't cover gyno surgery because it is a cosmetic issue that bares no impact on the health in a negative way.

You say to run an AI and Nolva? The reason I ask is I have the same problem. I have actually had gyno removal in the past. I started Test Cyp and Arimdex and run arimidex through the whole cycle and a lump is now under my right nipple. I'm so pissed cause gyno surgery was no joke. I only have a sensitive lump underneath now, it has not protruded too much yet. Am still running the test and Arimidex right now.

What was your arimidex dosage? When you felt the beginning symptoms you should have taken nolva at 40mgs and bumped it up until it was gone.

Also just because you have gyno surgery it can absolutely come back so you should have taken more precautions to prevent that than the average gear user.

I was taking 1 mg of Arimidex eod. Should I have taken the Nolva in addition or instead of?

Both, because arimidex limits the conversion estrogen while Nolva prevents any estrogen that is remaining from binding to breast tissue to form gyno.

Do you think it's too late? Right now its just a lump under the nipple.
