hey. i take 3 scoops of no explode before a workout but tomorrow i gotta do a double with my first workout at 6 or 7am and then my second workout at 4 or 5pm. surely i dont have to take the second no explode, meaning 6 scoops total but the no explode helps alot with arm and chest pumps for me. the container says not recommended to take more than 3 scoops daily. is that just a liability warning or is it really unsafe to take more than 3 scoops daily? there are also several hours between high doses so perhaps that would b ok. please reply. thanks.
